John F. Holland, O.D.

Dr. Holland graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee where he was valedictorian of his class. While at SCO he was elected to Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges and was also chosen for the Bausch & Lomb Contact Lens Award for outstanding achievement in the area of contact lenses.

Dr. Holland is board certified in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease. He is also trained in the management of Laser Vision Correction and is certified by TLC-The Laser Center, Inc. www.tlcvision.com.

Dr. Holland is a member of The American Optometric Association, The Tennessee Optometric Association and The Northeast Tennessee Optometric Society. He is affiliated with TLC-TriCities Laser Center where he currently serves on the Board of Advisors.

Dr. Holland provides full scope eye care with particular interests in primary eye care, contact lenses, treatment of eye diseases and management of Laser Vision Correction.

Ashley C. Baker, O.D.

Dr. Baker graduated at the top of her class from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. While there, she was an Ambassador to the school as well as serving a year's term as a class officer. In addition, she received an award for outstanding clinical performance.

Dr. Baker is a board certified Therapeutic Optometrist and is proficient in the treatment and management of glaucoma and other ocular diseases.

She is a member of the American Optometric Association, The Tennessee Optometric Association, The Northeast Tennessee Optometric Society, and the Texas Optometric Society.

Dr. Baker provides full scope optometry in the areas of contact lenses, treatment of ocular diseases and management of Laser Vision Correction. www.tlcvision.com. Missy Malone, CPOA

Missy, a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant, has been a part of Family EyeCare Center since February of 1994 and is a member of the American Optometric Association. She is our Office Manager as well as one of our Pretesting Assistants and Laser Vision Coordinators. If you have any questions about our office, feel free to contact her anytime.

Missy also enjoys helping patients with frame selection and tries to choose the lens options that would best benefit the patient's needs. In addition, she is experienced in contact fitting and training. Feel free to call her anytime to learn about the newest contact lenses available.

Sheri Yontz, CPO

Sheri, a Certified Paraoptometric, has worked in the optometry field for six years. She is one of our Pretesting Assistants and Laser Vision Coordinators. Sheri has attended two vision therapy seminars and currently assists Dr. Baker with Vision Therapy.

As a member of the American Optometric Association, she enjoys learning about all of the new technology available.

Seba Arnett, CPO

Seba, a Certified Paraoptometric, has worked in the optometric field for six years and became a member of Family EyeCare Center in August 2006. She is our front Desk Coordinator and Accounts Receivable Manager.

Jennifer Maddies, CPO

Jennifer, a Certified Paraoptometric and Certified Medical Assistant, has six years of experience in the medical field and has been a members of the Family EyeCare Center team for two years.

She is one of four Pretesting Assistants and also our Contact Lens Technician. Learning new technology and assisting patients with their eye care needs is her top priority.

Jessica Bullock

Jessica has been a part of Family EyeCare Center since September 2007. She has been in the optometry field for over six years.

Jessica is our optical technician and one of four pretesting assistants. She enjoys helping patients with frame selection and lens options that will best benefit their needs. Please give her a call if you have any questions on lens options.

Kim Kelley, CPO

Kim, a Certified Paraoptometic, is one of our newest members of Family EyeCare Center . She joined our office in July 2008 after being with Elizabethton City Schools for the last eight years. Although she has never worked in the optometric field, she is very excited about beginning her new career.
